A lightweight ice axe designed for versatility: a high-level link between ice tools and more traditional axes. Available in one size (50 cm), ideal for classic and technical "fast and light" mountaineering.
The modular Avional head, similar to the X-Dream, allows two configurations: pick-shovel and pick-hammer. The curved handle, made of 7075-T6 aluminum, is designed to ensure effective strikes in piolet traction and excellent penetration in snow when used vertically.
The carabiner hole in the head allows use with leashes (not included), while the spike hole can attach the X-Gyro Leash. The modular handle features removable rests allowing all configurations: complete with 2 rests, with only the lower rest, or without rests for progression exclusively on snow.
The upper rest is adjustable and can be moved anywhere along the handle according to the mountaineer's needs. The X-Light head in shovel and hammer configuration offers an extremely comfortable ergonomic grip, protecting gloves thanks to the absence of teeth near the handle.
