This policy describes how we process the personal data of users of this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. Protecting your data is part of our commitment to safety, in line with our sector values (work at height, PPE, training).

We collect data you provide when registering, requesting quotes and ordering: name, surname, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses and, for business customers, company name, VAT number, tax code, SDI code, PEC and other fiscal data. Data is processed to: (a) create and manage your account; (b) fulfil orders and quotes, including shipping and invoicing; (c) comply with legal obligations; (d) send service communications and, only with your consent, newsletter or promotions; (e) manage certified training where applicable (records, certificates); (f) improve services and site security. Legal basis: contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest (security, improvement) and, for commercial communications, consent.
For business customers we also process company name, VAT number, tax code, unique code, SDI, PEC and contact details. These data are used for invoicing, tax and anti-money-laundering compliance and retained as required by law (e.g. ten years for accounting and tax documents). Provision is mandatory for the contract.
Processing is based on contract performance (account, orders), legal obligations, legitimate interest (security, improvement) and, for commercial communications, consent. Providing mandatory data is necessary to register and order; without it we cannot provide the service.
Data is retained as long as necessary for the stated purposes: accounting and tax documents for ten years; inactive account data may be deleted or anonymised under our retention policy; logs and security data for the strictly necessary period.
Data may be shared with: necessary service providers (hosting, payments, carriers, consultants); competent authorities where required by law. We do not transfer data outside the EU except with appropriate safeguards.
You may at any time: access your data; request rectification or erasure; request restriction of processing; object to processing; request data portability. You may withdraw consent (e.g. for commercial communications) at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
