The SWAT-T Rescue Orange is a multifunctional trauma care device.
One of the main advantages of the SWAT-T™ is its ease of application; it can be applied in seconds with little or no prior training.
The SWAT-T™ was developed by a former medical operator with 14 years of operational medicine experience and training in parasaving.
USED AS A TOURNIQUET
In cases of severe arterial bleeding.
On most patients, tourniquets have proven effective for at least two hours.
USED AS A PRESSURE BANDAGE
To control bleeding from venous and capillary loss.
Pressure dressings should remain in place until definitive wound care can be performed.
USED AS AN ELASTIC BANDAGE
When ice needs to be held in place near sprains.
The dressing can also be used to protect wounds or help stabilize the pelvis in pelvic trauma.
