With B-bak Pin, Spencer has created a new technological benchmark for the industry, providing a spinal board that reduces the risk of contamination during patient transport. A special B-bak, appreciated by rescue teams, combining the technical features that made it famous with an integrated system for securing the belts to the board. The side handles incorporate elements that allow quick and easy attachment-detachment operations for the rapid and safe anchoring of the victim's immobilization belts with carabiner ends. Made from high-density polyethylene, fully recyclable, in a single seamless shell.
