Adjustable false crotch designed for tree work, featuring a pulley and an adjustable strap with multiple positions, easily retrievable from below.
Designed specifically for tree work, the NAJA false crotch allows the installation of a work rope while protecting the tree. It includes an adjustable strap with four positions to fit various branch diameters. Rope ascents and movements on the tree are optimized thanks to the high-efficiency pulley that facilitates rope sliding on the anchor. The system is easily retrievable from below using the provided retrieval ball.
Adjustable false crotch enabling the installation of a work rope while protecting the tree:
- Adjustable strap with four different positions to fit various branch diameters,
- Specific design to protect the tree,
- Supplied with a high-visibility yellow strap 1.5 m long. The strap can be replaced or combined with another 1.5 m or 2.5 m strap to extend the false crotch for working on larger trees,
- Easy installation by clipping the rope into the MINO accessory carabiner,
- Primarily used on double rope (DdRT/MRS). The system can also be used on single rope (SRT/SRS). (1)
Optimized performance:
- Optimized rope sliding on the anchor thanks to the integrated high-efficiency pulley,
- Can be used by two people for rescue operations.
Easily retrievable system from below:
- Black 21 mm retrieval ball specifically designed for the NAJA false crotch for easy retrieval from below,
- Retrieval with the retrieval ball once the rope exits the pulley, to lock into the MINO accessory carabiner,
- Strap and buckle are thin enough to reduce the risk of snagging on the tree.
The NAJA false crotch allows work in compliance with ANSI Z133 standards.
