The FREINO Z carabiner features a pulley that allows you to increase or modulate the braking action during descent. Easy to use, it is compatible with the self-braking descenders I’D S, I’D L, I’D EVAC, and RIG.
Once rotated, it makes the descender non-detachable during transfers from the gear carrier to the ventral attachment point or anchor. FREINO Z is equipped with the TRIACT-LOCK automatic locking system.
