PETZL ASAP LOCK KIT AXESS - AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2026

It consists of a mobile fall arrester

ASAP LOCK, an energy absorber, and an OK TRIACT-LOCK carabiner with CAPTIV positioning bar.

This kit is available in three versions, depending on needs and uses.

Preassembled fall arrest system

• Preassembled kit, composed of an ASAP LOCK fall arrester, an energy absorber, and an OK TRIACT-LOCK carabiner with CAPTIV positioning bar, available in three versions:

• with an ASAP’SORBER 20 energy absorber (B071CC00),

• with an ASAP’SORBER 40 energy absorber (B071CC01),

• with an ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber (B071CC02).

• Mobile fall arrester on rope:

• stops falls and uncontrolled descents with a speed greater than two meters per second,

• locks on the rope even if the device is grabbed during the fall,

• works on vertical, horizontal, or inclined ropes,

• compatible with a wide range of ropes from 10 to 13 mm in diameter,

• effective regardless of the rope condition, thanks to the toothed wheel.

• Compact and easy to use:

• installs and uninstalls easily at any point on the rope,

• slides along the rope upwards and downwards without any intervention,

• opening stops facilitate rope installation and removal,

• the connecting arm makes the system fail-safe when passing rope breaks,

• the integrated LOCK function allows stopping the device to reduce fall height or prevent the rope from being pulled upwards in strong wind.

• Usage:

• up to 140 kg, use with one person, with ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40,

• up to 250 kg, use with two people during rescue, with ASAP’SORBER AXESS.
