The ABSORBICA-Y 150 is a double lanyard with a compact energy absorber, designed for progression on a vertical structure or a horizontal lifeline, allowing for bypassing intermediate anchors. It is suitable for users weighing between 60 and 140 kg. It offers various attachment methods to the harness and can accommodate different types of connectors.

Designed for progression on a vertical structure or a horizontal lifeline, with bypassing of intermediate anchors.
Absorbs energy in case of a fall:

progressive tearing of the energy absorber webbing to reduce the arrest force experienced by the user,
-
suitable for users weighing between 60 and 140 kg (1).
Designed for use with a maximum length, including connectors, of:

200 cm under CE EN 355 standard,
-
183 cm (6 feet) under ANSI Z359.13 standard.
Minimal bulk:
-
very compact design of the energy absorber to avoid hindering the user during maneuvers,
-
elastic webbing ends to not obstruct progression.
Durable fabric casing with simplified opening system to protect the energy absorber from abrasion and projections, allowing periodic inspection of the absorber.
Two installation options on the harness depending on use:

frequent connections/disconnections: with a carabiner held in the correct position by a STRING positioning accessory (supplied with the lanyard),
-
almost permanent connection: with an openable RING OPEN ring whose circular shape ensures optimal positioning.
Two connector options at the lanyard ends: carabiner or large-opening MGO OPEN connector.
