FABA GRIP GUIDED TYPE FALL ARREST TROLLEY FOR TRACTEL A12 SYSTEMS.

Fall arrest sliding trolley for Tractel A12 systems that, thanks to a patented traction system, optimizes the ergonomics of climbing and descending by applying a traction force. Ideal for long ladder sections.

The FABA™-Grip fall arrest energy absorber is the successor to the AL-R fall arrest energy absorber.

• Complies with EN 353-1 (2002) + CNB/P/11.073 standards and the EEC Directive 89/686.

• Can be used with all standard installations of FABA™ A12 and AL2 systems.

• Operates with return stroke, ergonomic climbing system, allowing support on the belt.

• Weight: 840 g.

• Connection length: 200 mm.

• Impact force at 100 kg: 3.7 kN.

• Fall arrest energy absorber opens at approx. 200 kg.

Improvements over the previous AL-R model:

• Approximately 25% reduction in impact force.

• Can also be used without return function on short sections.

• Functions in any fall position.

• The fall arrest energy absorber also serves as a fall indicator.

Designed and intended solely as personal protective equipment. Must not be used for other applications, e.

g. , as a load carrier for materials or as a weight arrestor!

The fall arrest system operator must ensure the trolley belongs to the user and is used in accordance with these instructions. After use, the fall arrest trolley must not be left attached to the fall protection system.

The fall protection system can only be used with full body harnesses compliant with European standard EN 361, equipped with a fall arrest D-ring.

A fall arrest device compliant with EN 353/1 must only be used by persons who:

• Have been trained or are otherwise competent

• Are under the direct supervision of a trained or competent person.
