PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Squids 3002 retractable tool lanyard features a hook & loop belt/harness attachment on one end and a self-locking carabiner connection on the other. This retractable lanyard is designed to tether hand tools weighing up to 0.
5 lbs // 0. 23 kg in a retracted state and prevent tools weighing up to 2 lbs // 0.
9 kg from becoming dropped objects. When attached to a belt or harness, the low-profile design keeps the lanyard out of the user's way during work at height.
The retractable tether cable is made from high-strength Dyneema, lightweight and cut-resistant to withstand the toughest conditions while limiting the weight the user carries. The ability to retract into the housing reduces potential snag hazards created by standard tool lanyards.
Structured for better grip and functionality, the durable fiberglass-reinforced nylon housing protects the internal mechanisms of the retractable design, and the tapered cable exit limits the potential for cement or other debris to be drawn into the housing with the cable. The fixed web slot on the back of the housing is designed to slide onto belts up to 3 inches / 8 cm wide.
