Product description
Evolution of the SPARROW 200 descender, developed for high workload. It allows the operator to descend to the work point, position themselves, and ascend on the same rope. Ideal for assisted descent of two people with the device installed at the anchor point.
Applications:

Descent and rescue device EN 341:2011-2A, maximum working load 200 kg, maximum descent height 180 m, to be used with – Ø 11 mm;

Rope adjustment device / descender EN 12841:2006-C, maximum working load 210 kg, to be used with EN 1891-A ropes – Ø 11 mm.
Main features:

Equipped with a hidden rope friction point that allows creating additional friction on the rope during descent without using an extra connector. The shape of the friction point has been improved for even more effective rope control;

Multifunctional control lever with automatic return system that allows the operator to descend at a controlled speed and stop at the work point without locking keys;

EBS (Extraordinary Braking System) safety system that activates when the lever is accidentally pulled fully, reducing descent speed instead of increasing it;

Equipped with a safety lever on the movable flange that facilitates rope installation through intermediate anchors.
