PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Easy Solution is a new deformable lifeline that has been
entirely designed by Somain Italia. Complying with the new
EN 795:2012 and with the technical specification CEN/
TS16415:2013, allows multiple users to simultaneously
connect to the same rope device.
This lifeline is characterised by a new cable locking
system that replaces the traditional clamps with a
“quick-fix” system. The result is a reduction in installation
time and the elimination of problems related to missing
or incorrect terminal installation. This allows the cable to
reach the correct tensioning without the use of a lever hoist
and rope tensioner terminal.
Easy Solution is composed of orientable end pieces
which, in the event of a fall, provides the ease to deform
the cable to minimise stress on supports. Middle
components with converse wings set at a larger
distance allow easier connector passage.
The tensioner is built into a fork to lock the cable and,
finally, a more powerful energy absorber is used with
respect to those used on other Somain Italia type C lines.
All components making up the device are weld-free and
have been studied to adapt different types of supports
according to the requirements and to reduce both installation
time and the number of different tools required for
assembly.
