PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Allukemi Plus lifeline is an anchor device that employs a flexible
anchor line, complies with the technical directive standard EN
795:2012 Type C and cab be used by multiple operators simultaneously,
in accordance with techincal specification CEN/TS
16415:2013.
The components that form the line are manufactured using a special
die-case aluminium alloy that joins lightness with mechanical
and corrosive resistance, fastening to supports using stainless
steel screws.
LF70 Energy absorber from Allukemi Life lifeline has been replaced
by article AP70, a new absorber, smaller in dimensions, which
is capable of transmitting the same load to the far end supports.
The elastomer springs have been replaced by 164 Belleville
springs, under a special treatment, assembled with a proper specific
method to guarantee the highest performance of the system.
The fastening system has been kept the same while the turnbuckle
design has been reviewed.
This lifeline system has been studied for installation on Series
7003 supports, on specific plates that allow installation on flat
surfaces, on wall and on new AISI304 stainless steel supports,
RAL 7038 painted.
There is no need for shuttles when using this anchor device: the
operator can connect his lanyard/retractable device connector
directly to the cable; due to its shape, the intermediate element
can be easily overcome without detaching from cable.
